1 /5 Chad T: Great Urologist.. not so great staff. Our father-in-law came to Seattle for cancer treatment. While waiting, we ended up having to take him to the ER for what turned out to be a really bad kidney infection. After three days at the hospital, the discharge notes said to call and make an appointment with the physician, Dr. Jain. For what it’s worth, he was great. Trying to work with his office is another story, because they refused to see our father-in-law since his Medicare is not “accepted even though Dr. Jain specifically said to call the office to see him. Now my father-in-law is again in the ER, five days after the surgery.
The lady in the office, who I will not name, Is very matter-of-fact about the fact they won’t see him unless they can get paid.
The ironic thing is that their caller ID shows up as “Catholic Health” Which would be laughable if I was not sitting in the ER writing this.
