Simplicity Direct Care, Paula Dygert, MD
A BE: I cant recommend Dr. Dygert enough! From the moment I became a patient, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I’ve received. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m not only well taken care of but truly heard. Appointments are always thorough and never rushed, and I appreciate how accessible she is—whether it’s a quick question or an urgent concern, I always feel like I’m a priority. In the past Ive waited weeks to see my GP, but now I can text, call or schedule an in person visit and get in to see her in 24 hours or less (typically same day!) when something urgent arises. The personalized approach she takes to healthcare has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. She takes the time to explain things clearly, offer guidance, and provide solutions that make sense for me and my lifestyle. Not to mention that shes incredibly kind and makes you feel at ease no matter what situation might be. This is the best money Ive ever spent on my health - hands down. And since I dont have to go to urgent care anymore, in the long run Ill be saving money. If your medical needs go beyond a yearly checkup at the doctors, or you end up at urgent care a couple times a year this is an absolute no brainer. I would give her 10 stars if I could. :)

Teresa Deck: I have been a patient here for years and now I have decided I’m finally going to switch hospitals and go to sacred heart , I’m fed up with the emergency doctors and especially your house doctor the one that decides if u get admitted or not , I was in deaconess on2/2/24. Plus I was in on 2/1/24. And couldn’t breath , on 2/2/24 , your house doctor comes in with an attitude and comes in and says I’m gonna tell u right now I’m not admitting u , well I didn’t want admitted I wanted to breath and get better , I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do take my antibiotics, my stenosis and this hospital sends me home knowing I can’t breath with pneumonia, and does nothing for me , if I could star it a zero I would , so now it’s time to switch hospitals I’m done with the careless people ,
Providence Urgent Care - Spokane Valley - Spokane Valley
Providence Urgent Care - Spokane Valley
N M: Three stars only due to the wait but understood because every person who came in beside us asked for a Covid test. Heather at the front was so kind and warm, she offered my partner warm blankets for her pain and water for both of us while we waited. She also kept updating us. Once we were brought back the nurse was less than warm, but under the staff shortages and pandemic I don’t blame her. The only sad part was my partner was in a significant amount of pain so a little kindness would have been appreciated. Once the dr came in he was fast and thorough, and sent us directly to Valley hospital due to the dire nature. The nurse who took my partner out to the car was very nurturing and kind. We appreciate the care.
Deaconess Medical Center: Farid Wael MD - Spokane
Kerrie Inman: Seriously worst hospital. They care is horrible and staff is extremely unprofessional..if I could give them zero stars I would. I would rather drive further just to receive actually medical care. The staff sit and conversate about patients in front of other patients. Dr.nibbler is the worst.if you get him you are sure to not get much care at all. Extremely rude and his head and ego is so big I am shocked he can fit his head through the door. Go any but there if your care or life matter at all.

Doll MyEyes: The schedulers, front desk staff and patient advocates never answer their phones and they are many weeks behind on everything! DONT point this out or point out anything substandard or they will retaliate by telling you one thing then immediately changing it, giving you a fast appointment then immediately canceling it and rescheduling it far into the future and other such retaliatory and unprofessional behavior!! Seriously! It makes a person wonder if the Doctors also have such low levels of personal professional performance!! They dont seem too... But such unilateral poor performance of staff can only be caused by similar lack of professionalism and dedication in those that manage said staff!!!

monica ziegler: My 7 year old needed a blood draw and I wasn’t sure which one of us was more scared. But Karen the phlebotomist was the absolute BEST. You can tell she’s had years of experience in pediatrics. I didn’t catch name of the medical assistant that also helped but she was great as well. But they both made it a much better experience and this mama greatly appreciates it!
Molina Healthcare of Washington Regional Office - Spokane
Alton Chandler: Moved here to be closer to family because Im a heart patient in class C, heart failure. I take quite a few medications that were all prescribed by my neurologist, cardiologist, or the heart failure and transplant team I seen back home. I never knew I had heart problems until I came to from a widow maker heart attack I had while on my way to the hospital. Because of my situation I made sure to have all my doctors call in a month of medication so I could get here get a place and get setup on Medicaid. Once I arrived my sister helped me getting started. I had all my meds swapped from the Walmart back home to the Walmart here. When I went to get them they told me that my insurance would only pay for one pill a day of one of my medications, mind you that this is a pill designed to prevent me from having another heart attack and to help with heart failure. Its not a pain pill or any type of pill that you can get messed up on, it only prolongs my life. Class C heart failure means that, my medication and the exercise/walking I do is what keeps me going. If you have read this for keep in fact Im a 42 yo man that has children and recently lost everything due to not being able to work anymore. Im not writing this for a pity party or anything, Im just saying this insurance had rather not fill my meds and play with my life just so they can save money. If you have a choice between Molina and another provider, please go with the other provider because Molina doesnt care about their members. We are just a dollar for them to make. Hope this helps someone make their decision. Have a blessed day.

Kevin Wood: Dr. Schmidt is a caring dr. Who has your best interest. I have been on L & I 12 years now and have seen many doctors. But no one has come close to his care and professionalism. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing this kind of help.
