5 /5 Katie Merrifield: After a bad experience with our own pediatrician, it was such a blessing to come to Shriners Fracture Clinic for my two-year-olds broken arm. From the ease of parking to every person being kind and friendly, to the quality care given, I have to say that this place is top-notch. They had books for the kids to read while I filled out paperwork and said we could take one home with us. While we waited for the doctor, a recreational therapist came and brought the kids toys and snacks to keep them occupied. The x-ray tech did a fabulous job with both my kids keeping the whole situation as light-hearted and fun as possible. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and great with children. So thankful for the great experience we had there!

5 /5 Courteney Boseth: The care that went above and beyond for my sons appointment and bloodwork is indescribable. I have a lot of experience with childrens hospitals (mainly in Portland, OR), the security alone should be appraised; welcoming and alert. The entire experience we had was very memorable in the upmost positive ways. We are very grateful for the entire team helping us this morning.

3 /5 Kayla Apolonio: I acknowledge as a whole that Shriners is an amazing organization. But I just have a foul taste in my mouth over the years. I was a patient of Shriners as a child and I feel as though they had throughly failed me. Doctors telling my parents to “wait and see” rather than give treatment. Or insisting that my condition as a child wasn’t as bad as it was. It felt like the bar was constantly moved for how sick I had to be to be treated and made it impossible to get said treatment until I had aged out of the eligibility for being helped as I came from a low income household. Maybe I remember it all wrong since I was so young. But hearing about how my parents concerns were dismissed, and seeing now the consequences of those dismissals have on my health just make me sad.

5 /5 *Taurus B: What a experience. I think this hospital should be considered a presidential hospital. They are so caring and theyre so thorough. The staff who took care of my son were they VERY best. So many names I wish I could name. The kitchen staff also was top notch. Also so professional and friendly. I can see why everyone has so many great things to say about Shriners hospital. They truly care from the beginning to end. Thank you ALL for everything ❣️

5 /5 Eddy Cuisinier: Going to a hospital for a child is always a tough experience but experience made this a good one. The place was clean and, from all appearances, up to date with all the technology required to treat children. Super friendly staff, who tried to connect with the kid and the rest of the family. Service done in a timely manner with doctors who took their time to deal with the child. My experience was excellent and, faced with another emergency, I would not hesitate to bring my child back here. On a different note, it is worth noting that parking is free while you are at the hospital.
