Jon Fox: My wife went into urgent care and saw Ingrid. I hate to say it but, cant they find a Dr. that has compassion. Unbelievable, when she asked if she could see Macey, Ingrid told her that patients dont have the right to see whatever Dr. they want. She was very short and rude and the worst, weve ever seen. Overall we love Jefferson Healthcare and I had a great experience with Shawnisa, in the sleep clinic.

MJ Montgomery: Patient care from the doctors and most RNs were great. There was a traveling nurse who accused one of my family members with interfering with my mother’s care while she was a patient there. A different nurse (who wasn’t there during the interaction) pulled my family member out of the room, to sign a paper admitting to interfering with my mother’s care. The family member was advocating for my mother since the nurses were not listening to her and her needs - regarding pain management. My mother had extensive surgery. At 1 AM in the morning, when she finally fall asleep that same nurse flipped on the light and started grabbing my mother’s stuff telling us we needed to move to another room immediately so they could accommodate somebody else coming out of surgery. They moved us a couple of rooms down. No one else occupied that room for over 12 hours. From that moment, we requested not to allow that RN back in my mother’s room. My mother, stayed for a few days there. I stayed with her there. The cafeteria had good food options. I tried the salmon burger, cheeseburger, Philly, tater tots, fries, onion rings, and salads. The cafeteria had decent food. The hospital is like a maze, pretty much like every other hospital. By the time you learn all the routes, it’s time to go home. Parking is terrible, and expensive! There is some to our parking, but it is very limited and you have to walk a distance. The parking garage has plenty of parking.

Kristina Colleen: I received great care here. Of course there is a lot of waiting at the ER but this was much quicker and more efficient than other ER experiences I’ve had. All the staff were helpful, caring, and professional and really listened when I described my symptoms. Thank you!

Billy D: The medical care was excellent, but your building layout sucks! I had to find Wound Care and no employee, no map, nothing helped me find it. If you move centers, you should walk it like a patient. I arrived 30 minutes early and wound up 15 minutes late. Crazy. Also, I had kidney transplant surgery and the day after discharge, my incision opened up and now I’m dealing with that. The doctors closing procedures need to tighten up a bit. Lastly, your communication between departments really sucks. I’m called 3-5 times a day and I’m told contradictory information consistently. I received a call asking me where I was and no one mentioned that they scheduled a meeting for me. Very frustrating.

Marshawn Woods: My first extended stay in a hospital was here for 6 days in January. They took great care of me. The medical staff understood my anxieties & made me feel as comfortable as possible. The doctors made sure I understood the nature of my situation & provided me with any information I needed, financial support, including a note for my employer. The view was great, the food was good & I had a low sodium menu. The most special part of my stay was the staff: MAs, CNAs, RNs.. Every single one made me feel like I was their only patient & treated me that way. I was scared, anxious, never been admitted to a hospital before & was there for something serious & by the time I left I wanted to write a thank you note to everyone I encountered. They are the real MVPs. Thank you. - Kind Regards

Philicia Saephan: Just wanted to rate the "Meditation" room, love the cozy feel and warm and heated room. Its slightly separated with a curtain, perfect for wanting a separate space. Great for sisters separating from praying with brothers. There are prayer mats available to use and I saw Meditation pillows. Its really nice to have these available for visitors especially because we could be visiting our loved ones all day or weeks. As a Muslim, Im happy that they have this for us. Thanks!

Muir Brayden (Bam): Absolute disaster of organization in the billing department. My wife had a miscarriage due to a molar pregnancy, and after we had done the inter uterine aspiration to remove the tissue, they incorrectly had her do fetal labs. We wrongly assumed it was blood tests to follow up on the molar pregnancy, because those were ordered as well. We have tried many times the last 6 months to get the incorrect charges waived talking to the Lab, our doctors, and multiple different billing departments, who all just played hot potato to the next person. No one knows what they are doing and they expect us to figure out the system? What a joke. They wanted us to get a waiver form signed, we asked our doctor and they had no idea what this was, but assured us they would look into it and get it taken care of. They didn’t. A month later, my wife still had the billing department after her for the lab charges, and a constant reminder of the physical hell she’s already been through. We ended up paying the bill for blood tests on a fetus that didn’t exist, just so we don’t have to live another day being reminded of what a terrible experience this has been. It shouldn’t be our job as patients to fix your mistakes as a healthcare unit. Figure it out.

Alexander Razlivanov: Emergency room, the doctors are incompetent. I came in with a problem and waited in a line of only two people for 2.5 hours, surrounded by homeless people sleeping there, with noodles and other food on the floor. I explained the entire issue and requested specific tests, but they just shrugged, said they couldn’t do anything, and recommended ibuprofen. This whole experience, along with my pain and unresolved problem, cost over $200. Terrible service; complete unqualified staff.

S “S”: Before you decide to send someone bill to collections your best options is to bill primary & secondary insurance. If you didn’t do this you have not gave patients there rights so please review your billing standards./ also don’t forget to label it when you admit anyone in the hallways cuz I don’t think that is proper. For privacy and billing purposes.

Nella Neumann: Leaving this review to say thank you Seattle Children’s Hospital. They took my 2 year old daughter’s emergency very seriously, got us in immediately upon entering the ER room, quickly and urgently took care of everything we needed to do. They tested and treating everything they needed to do and made sure not to leave anything out. My daughter ended up being admitted for a few days and it was a good experience. They have a TV and kids tablet for the kids. Cute little tiger scrubs. Deliver good food (if you are sick). they bring snacks/ juice/ water any time you want. There is also a nice Starbucks in there with long hours. Thank you guys for a good experience during a bad time. Truly don’t plan on taking my kids to any other hospital again.
