1 /5 Pattie Reasor: I took it in a picture and was very specific about what hair colour I wanted. I’m a Burnett and I didn’t want red dye. I asked for some caramel highlights, but my hair is so red. And my roots didn’t get done. I look like I’ve been about a month since my hair was died and I need a touchup I feel like my hair was ruined and I paid $165 for it plus tip. I will not be back
