1 /5 Luna Johns: Do not book with Lane. She had an attitude the entire appointment and barely spoke to me. The haircut ended very choppy and didn’t even look right when washed. She couldn’t even do a blowout, she made my blowout look like a bowl cut. Extremely unsatisfied.

1 /5 Selene Manzo: I would not recommend making an appointment with Laura, she cancels scheduled appointments after saving spot with deposit and decides to tell you, you are wasting her time just cause she wants to change your schedule appointment to what best fits hers. That’s scamming people. People have jobs to go to and can’t always just go at any time you want, how is that wasting “your” time when you save your spot for what time best fits for the client? Makes no sense. Thanks for the waste of money and time.

Amy Praudins: Ive been a regular customer at Teze Salon for 8 years or so. I get my hair colored & cut by Gina Young every 10-12 weeks. In addition, 4 of my teenage & up children have also been long-time customers at TEZE. The salon itself is classy, clean and has a great vibe. The entire staff has a knack for making you feel not only pampered, but also as comfortable as if you were sitting in your own kitchen. Ive never once felt like products or extra services were being pushed on me, only suggestions on what would be good for my hair when I ask. Ive also never felt like there was a rush to get me done and onto the next client. They book time slots appropriately and it shows. I genuinely feel like they have my best interest in mind. Book your appointments far in advance, its worth it!

Cann Pdx: This was my first appointment with Susie at Fringe hair salon. The location has great parking, the Salon is very clean, chairs are comfortable & the Salon is very nicely decorated and I felt comfortable right away. Prices are very fair and in my opinion are about 10% lower than the other local salons. My inquiry regarding an appointment was answered promptly. ( unlike 2 other local salons) My Stylist Susie was wonderful, she really made sure I was comfortable with what she was planning before she did it. One of the best shampoos Ive had at a Salon in years, a great haircut. I have now found my new hairdresser. Thanks Susie

Livy Niz: Made an appointment with Jenna Wilson at itsa salon. Explained to her what I wanted and also showed her inspiration photos. She said it was definitely achievable and came up with a plan for my hair. The end result was nothing close to what I asked for, my hair was in worse condition then when I went into the salon. I left with at least 4 different colors in my hair( I only wanted 2 colors) blotchy patches throughout my hair, random breakage throughout my hair. The only thing she was willing to do to fix it was to tone it again, which she didn’t deny the fact that toning it again would not fix the blotchy colors in my hair just turn them a different color. What would need to be done to fix my hair and get the end result I wanted was to book a whole new appointment which she would charge me again for. I paid 320$ for this service. I’m attaching my hair before I went into the salon, my inspo photos and how I left the salon. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER OR THE SALON. They take no accountability and only want to take more money from you. Now I have to spend hundreds of more dollars for a color correction to fix my hair. I requested a refund and Jenna has ignored all my messages and refuses to respond to me, conveniently the owner is never available. Jenna rents a chair from this salon. Edit: I never blocked Jenna as the owner is saying. Jenna had both my Facebook (where I communicated with her) she also had my phone number from when I booked the appt. I’ve been harassed by her husband and her friend due to sharing honest reviews about the service I was provided by jenna. Jenna finally contacted me last night and offered me a 50 percent refund in exchange that I take down all reviews and post I have made. It comes across to me that her and the owner are more worried about their reputation than what was done to my hair and the customer service I experienced. I attached screenshots of this as well.
