5 /5 Cann Pdx: This was my first appointment with Susie at Fringe hair salon. The location has great parking, the Salon is very clean, chairs are comfortable & the Salon is very nicely decorated and I felt comfortable right away. Prices are very fair and in my opinion are about 10% lower than the other local salons. My inquiry regarding an appointment was answered promptly. ( unlike 2 other local salons) My Stylist Susie was wonderful, she really made sure I was comfortable with what she was planning before she did it. One of the best shampoos Ive had at a Salon in years, a great haircut. I have now found my new hairdresser. Thanks Susie

1 /5 HVD: Went to this salon a while back ago, and I asked the hairstylist for an A line bob with Betty Page bangs, she told me she couldnt give me that hair cut, that my hair wasnt "long enough" (even though my hair was past my shoulders), and that what I wanted was out of style. I told her it didnt matter if it wasnt "in style" anymore, that my hair was past my shoulders and I did want that hair style either way. But, despite me (as a client) stating that, she still wouldnt do it and instead, she charged me $60 for a simple under cut and wouldnt give me the hair cut I originally went in for. I recommend Pepper at the Walmart on South Hill instead, she did exactly as I asked without attempting to manipulate me out of something I wanted or overcharging me for something simple. I never went back to this place after that experience, and I dont recommend.

5 /5 Wright Chriss “The plumber”: Really great experience! When I first called in to get my appointment, whoever I talked to on the phone was very nice and had me scheduled in about a week out. Susie was my hair stylist and did an absolutely amazing job. Not only was she great with her work but she was down to earth, personable and easy to talk with throughout the process. Thank you susie and fringe salon. I’ll be seeing you again soon.
