St. Clare Hospital Emergency Room - Lakewood (WA)

4 /5 Jessie Wilde Suendermann: Emergency room staff are professional and courteous. Parking is ample. The intake lady (seemed new) should know more about different kinds of insurance medical cards, (Regence is pretty common I would think) but other than that an over all excellent and expedient service. We chose St. Clair because it is close to our home and I didnt think the line would be as long as other hospitals. It was a good choice. The phone charging station is a nice convenience.

1 /5 Hannah Borja: Worst ER ever.. The receptionist aren’t professional. When letting them know the reason to be seen, the passed judgement by the look on their face and a smart remark. It also takes hours to be seen by a physician.

1 /5 Ellie: Just left. I drove myself there, told them I thought I was experiencing a cardiac event. They told me to wait in the ER. I told them I didn’t think I had a lot of time (I had already passed out once ) She moved her cart beyond the double doors. Realized I can get this level of care and empathy at home, I left. 5 /5 Cinda Oconnor: My mom was actually transported by ambulance and was in very poor condition. I received a call from Dr. Michael Bennett asking my wishes and hers as she might not make it.My point being I appreciate giving me the opportunity to get there and I some places might not even call family.I felt everyone went above and beyond in Cindas care and although she is still in ICU I appreciate the care for my mother.Thank you.Gina

5 /5 rosemary bochik: Early today I went in because I tested positive for covid twice on the home tests. I went in with a 104 fever and they were able to drop it down to a normal range. They were very kind and listened to me. They gave me IV fluids and medicine that helped with nausea and my fever. Great and caring staff at this location. Dispite my discomfort going in they made it a pleasant experience.
