Dr Sunde has exceeded my expectations of newness. He is very professional, nice, funny and sings while youre in the dental chair. Not that I want to have dental issues but glad to know we have the top of the line office to go to, thanks Dr Sunde and Staff!

Front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist was a great communicator and had a skilled, gentle touch. Same goes for Dr Sunde, when I saw him. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and gentle with his tools. Highly recommended!

Everyone from the front staff to the hygienist and the doctor were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in chair, given a cleaning, examination and explanation of my treatment plan all in a good amount of time. Though the one part that stood out the most (and the reason I will be telling all my friends and family of this practice) is that Dr. Sunde said "our goal is to maintain your oral health with minimal treatment"; that to me speaks volumes.

Alisha Ermitano: Worthless they don’t pull teeth but they are a walk in clinic. I called and was told to come in that they handle emergencies the dentist didn’t even touch me or look in my mouth. What kind of dentist won’t pull teeth. She should just be labeled as an assistant or nurse if she doesn’t want to do the job of a dentist. I was told I was being referred and here I sit a month latter being told now that it’s gonna be weeks on top of the month and that I have to go to Tacoma no one bothered to tell me that. If I h as s known all this I could have went to Tacoma to get somebody else to pull it by now. I sit in pain the antibiotics did nothing for me and now I have multiple teeth hurting so badly. Thanks for nothing

Gina Dow: I went in today for my new patient appointment. I work for the state and my other dentist dropped Delta Dental coverage so I needed to find someone new. I was very impressed by the Tranquility Dental Wellness office and staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is super relaxed, which helps my general anxiety. They’ve got heated massaging chairs and a menu of options you can have for free, like aromatherapy, gel eye masks, and heated neck rolls to name a few. My hygienist was Tawni and she was amazing! I’m glad I tried this place and I’m going to keep going back.

Sarah Pagan: Dr. Merchant and his team treat patients with kindness and compassion. The whole team does a great job of communicating what they are doing, when, and why. When I needed a crown replaced, Dr. Merchant demonstrated a strong commitment to making sure the replacement crown was exactly right and fit properly. Dr. Merchant refused to accept what he found to be substandard work by the labs creating the replacement crowns, even though that meant having me come back to his office over five times to try new replacement crowns. I’m impressed by Dr. Merchant’s commitment to his patients.

I was helped by an absolutely wonderful woman (shout out Sarah Jane) and the Dr was quick, precise and professional to remove a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. I dont see how anybody could vote less than 5 Stars for Olympia Dental Group (unless that person is a huge pain in the assss) Fantastic staff. Very clean facility. Very professional doctor. The staff are so professional, friendly, and awesome people. Everything about my visit was what I hoped for, no shaming or judging just wanting to get everything cleaned and fixed to the best of their ability. My entire family goes here and we cannot say enough how awesome they are!!!

M S: am leaving an unfavorable review of Dr. Nguyen and his 101 Dental Office due to a deeply disappointing experience. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen neglected to follow through, leaving my treatment incomplete for three months. This oversight allowed my jaw to fully heal, necessitating a second oral surgery. When the office finally contacted me, they acted as though nothing was wrong, offering no apology or acknowledgment of their error. While I believe Dr. Nguyen is a skilled and honest dentist, his attention to detail, bedside manner, and professionalism were severely lacking in this instance. I urge caution to anyone considering treatment at this office.
