1 /5 Karen Guillen: Been at this salon plenty of times. I always take my mom here for her haircut and had been lucky enough to get Raven all the time without making appointments. Today I made a mistake of getting her a haircut with someone else. Big mistake! Not only was the haircut subpar but the lady is straight up rude. I showed her a pic of what my mom would like and she proceeded to tell me “I know … “I know how to cut hair” several times. As if to just shut me up. So I say back down. She called me to check the job and each time I had to tell her to take some more hair off. She must have called me 8 times to check her work. She was getting annoyed each time I asked to take more inches of. The only visit was just irritating and weird. The last time she called me she yelled “Hey you!” I thought at first she was talking to my mom so I didn’t respond. I work in customer service and this lady is just not very welcoming at all. Next time I’ll definitely call ahead and book with Raven.

I went there the lady named Raven did my hair and i was super pleased with the results! She did a perfect flat top. She has a warm hearted nature and a great spirit. 5 /5 Kelly DeKeyser: I cannot speak highly enough about Li and the team there. They are friendly, helpful, converse with you and are so fair in the prices. I know the prices are likely set by Super Cuts, but man they are so good. I started going in August after I had surgery, knowing my hair would be SUPER thinning out post surgery. After 15+ years of black hair, I tried getting it out by bleaching....it turned me orange. And then I tried going red...and that was a disaster. Li found the perfect color and cut for me to keep the thinning from being too noticeable, brought me to a color more my natural color and helped me get my hair stronger with awesome recommended products. Never once did she judge me, make me feel bad or do anything but be kind and helpful. The pictures speak volumes. I left feeling SO happy and pleased with what she did.

Shawnee Fuller: IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD I requested highlights from the stylist (autumn) she said she could do it. I made my appointment over the internet and it said my appointment would cost $70 for what I was wanting done.. I booked a cap highlight. I got there and she said it would cost $140 for this tiny section of hair on the top of my head & called it a partial highlight. Ive gotten my hair done soooo many times before and this was the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience Ive ever had. She ended up doing a balayage on my hair and said it would look like what I wanted. Still quoted $140. So she bleached the shit out of my hair and fried it. My hair was healthy when I went in to the salon. I wanted a platinum blonde she put a dark toner on my hair without even talking to me about it. So I left unhappy. Called and spoke to a manager and she said they would fix it for me. I went in today and got there after an hour of commute there and home, and the manager tells me she spoke to autumn and she discussed with me what was happening with my hair that it didnt lighten good it was "orange" which is a flat out lie. Autumn told me it lightened great. Then put a dark toner on it without even seeing if that was okay with me and lied to the manager and said she discussed it with me. The manager then told me there was NOTHING they could do to fix my hair. I left crying. The "vibe" was horrible. They made me so uncomfortable and upset. Will never go again to this salon && dont recommend my worst enemy to go there. The woman in front of me in line today her hair cut was horrible also... I felt so bad for her... these women in this salon dont care about the people they are supposed to be helping. They will ruin your hair and rip you off like they did me. My hair is fried and SO UGLY. Oh also did no test stream before bleaching my hair. Was so careless and rude. I saw how it lightened and it was good I have no idea what came over her to put something completely different than what I asked for on my hair.

I absolutely love the cut and shape she gave me. And she styles really good. Bree is helpful, insightful, inspiring, and easy to communicate with. I enjoy how she is teaching me tips and tricks.
