4 /5 Hunter Sheen (#SheenTV! #SeattleFreeze): This facility is so beautiful and open. And it doesnt feel busy except for a few offices. It feels like a hotel. The nurse had the best communication skills and kindly explained what to expect. Checking in was a breeze. Then they give you wrist band with your info on it like youre in the ER. Theres a lot of art hidden around the building and plenty of natural lighting although they dont have a ton of nature. Everywhere was clean and well organized and didnt look out of date. Ive heard coming to this emergency room is overpriced extremely. But all the visits Ive had here to the offices my insurance covers no problem. They have a fireplace, a garden, plenty of places to walk around or find a cozy little quiet corner. I would recommend just bringing your own food and snacks or stopping by Starbucks because their Cafe hours are hit and miss and not full of many options. The cafe also has sandwiches for over $10 which is insane because its a hospital and if you go to University of Washington sandwiches are under $4 for the same size and fresh quality.

5 /5 Hans Tay: Excellent Care and Convenient Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been coming to the Swedish Issaquah campus for over three years, seeing specialists, getting day procedures done, and having blood drawn for lab work. Every visit has been a great experience. The staff here are always courteous, efficient, and incredibly professional. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, modern, and beautiful, with plenty of parking available. It’s such a relief to have this level of care so close to home in the Issaquah Highlands. I’m always impressed with the quality of care and the pleasant interactions I have during every visit. I look forward to continuing to have all my healthcare needs taken care of at this wonderful facility. Highly recommended!

1 /5 宋显祖: if I can do -5. Ill do that. its horrible. I had a very frustrating experience at Swedish Hospital. I went in for severe pain that happened earlier in the day, but by the time I arrived, I was feeling fine. Unfortunately, I spent 8 hours waiting with minimal updates and little care. The only services provided were a brief consultation, a blood test, and an ultrasound. I was then charged $5,000 plus an additional $1,000 to my insurance, despite receiving very little attention or treatment. The long wait times, lack of communication, and excessive billing made for an extremely disappointing visit. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

1 /5 James Morris: The quality of care has declined dramatically in the last couple years. There aren’t enough nurses, the doctors take longer to see you, and in the ER are more focused on getting you out the door rather than ensuring all your problems have been addressed.
