1 /5 Lauren Hamm-Westbrooks: Overpriced and not good. The shape is off, I had to ask her to repaint multiple spots where the gel was completely missing. It was disappointing. She didn’t ask me how I wanted to shape my nails, and I had to correct so many times and it still looks bad so I gave up. If I could have gotten a refund I would’ve. The photos are from directly after the nails were done.

1 /5 Megan Hard: Paid for a deluxe pedicure $42 plus gel $15… $57 for a pedicure that lasted a total of 35 minutes. The lady wasn’t wearing gloves and was the only one there so of course was rushing to get mine done to help the person that came in 20 min into my pedicure. Wish they would have just said they didn’t have time rather gave me a very poor pedicure.

2 /5 Waterlily: I had a pedicure. They were very kind but not very personable. The massage/lotion was only on the front of the legs. I paid for their most expensive pedicure. Was expecting more. :/ Im not sure I will go back.

4 /5 Lindsay Watson: Today was my first time there after trying to find a good place to permanently get my nails done and Im so glad I went. I went in for a fill, which isnt a process Im used to so not sure what to expect, and she went through and corrected parts I didnt even know needed to be fixed. So she just as easily could have filled the nail over rather then take that nail off and start all over. She went above and beyond even when they were busy so it meant a lot to me and Ill be going back.

1 /5 Terri Robb: Got nails and toes done, not happy. Isnt a clean place and there tools arent clean. Cold water to soak hands for the manicure. Will not be back. Left needing pedicure and manicure at another place. Tried getting our money back and was told 5 xa that we dont refund your money back. Kept trying to have ne and my Sister come back and see other people. What does dirty tools and files and poor service dont you understand?? What happened to good quality customer service and making your customer happy.?Never again

Not to mention she didnt charge for gel polish because she was behind. Wonderful experience with great staff! Definitely plan on going back!

Colleen LeBlanc: LOVE this place! I’ve been here twice now and each time I was treated with care. I loved my mani and the pedi I had today was one of the best ones I’ve had in a very long time. Cathy (Kathy?) got the shape of my nails to be just right. Jade took her time with cuticle trimming and callus removal on my pedi. I would also like to note that her massage pressure is PERFECT. I work long days on my feet and the massage put me to sleep lol. I will be a regular here for sure!

I didnt have appointments but they get me in right away, how impressive! I requested for dipping powder on my natural nails, the technician was attentive to what I ask and also the shape is on point!!!! I highly recommend this nail salon and if anyone want to get elegant nails. Last by not least, their service is awesome!!

Anna Zinchenko: My favorite nail salon ever! I struggle with hand eczema and finding Kristina was such a God-send. She and her team are always so gentle with my ultra-sensitive cuticle. Throughout the years, Ive been able to grow out my nails, whereas before they would always break and never hold gel polish. A little about my general impressions: the sanitation is top notch, the customer service is amazing and my manicure is always perfect and lasts as long as I need it to and looks impeccable (I usually go 5 weeks between appointments). Kristina and her team are the best!

Kathryn Byrum: I only get a pedicure like 3-4x a year. I’ve tried a lot of local places in Lewis and Thurston county and quite frankly I’m usually disappointed. Today I tried out Rose Nails and Spa in Chehalis and it was probably the best pedicure I’ve had. I didn’t have an appt but called ahead and they said no problem. Everyone was friendly upon entering. The lady who did my pedicure was very attentive with trimming/cuticle care and took her time with the painting too. I did the deluxe gel pedicure and she massaged my legs for a long time. It was so relaxing. It included a sugar scrub, oil massage, wax and hot stone/towels. I will be coming back for sure. Price was consistent $60 plus tip. There was a 3% charge with card. But oh well, next time I’ll bring cash.
