2 /5 Clinton Coble: I had previously given this shop five stars but after taking my vehicle there for the second time I am dropping it down to two stars. The customer service is horrible. I asked to have my water pump replaced my oil cooler replaced a full coolant flush and an oil change and the only thing that they did was replace the oil cooler and the water pump.. I highly recommend spending the money and taking your vehicle somewhere else.

Most recently, we asked them to complete a specific service as recommended by our Honda CRV maintenance system. First, they told us the tire rotation portion had already been done recently so they wouldn’t need to do that again (saved us some money.) they always provide a helpful red, yellow, green checklist report and I appreciated them helping prioritize the items and ultimately suggest the 2 most critical to repair and another (more expensive) that we could probably wait to the next service to get. I appreciated the thoroughness and empathy they showed. Will continue to use them for all our auto care needs
