I was so impressed by how well the perm came out, and how Yumi was able to provide the perfect consultation for me-- and not just take the reference pictures and do exactly what the pictures showed. I love my haircut and style because its perfect for me and my lifestyle (low-maintenance), and I appreciate all the effort Yumi put into making everything perfect. I have very straight and coarse Asian hair and she knew exactly how to ensure the curls would come out perfectly on my hair. I loved my experience here and cant wait for my follow up visits to trim or to change up my hair again.

Generations Hair Salon - Lakewood Latisha Marie: My daughter and I came into get our lashes done March 3rd by Maria. She was really nice and made us feel comfortable. My complaint is the fact that the lashes are falling out not even a week later and it appears to be lash clusters. I asked for individual lashes for both myself and my daughter. We’ve cleaned them and did everything that was recommended. Yet 6 days later over half my lashes fell out on the ends and my daughter has clumps of lashes falling out. I thought I had found a lash tech who I’d want to return to, but nope. I didn’t pay to have them fall out not even a WEEK later. This isn’t my first time getting my lashes done and they look NOTHING like I asked for, but by the time I seen them she was done. Her time management was great, but now I’m wondering if it’s because she cut corners by using lash clusters instead of individual lashes.

I had been feeling under the weather during my visit here and she was incredibly understanding and got me through, and I came out feeling better and looking better too! She also educated me on tricks and how to style at home, and made good suggestions on types of cuts that would work for my hair (3A, fine, very low porosity). Highly recommend for curly gals

Sherina arrived a few minutes EARLY (which I love), did a BEAUTIFUL job with my hair, and even helped give pointers to some of the other hair stylists there! A bit pricey, but highly recommended.
Jewels Salon - Lakewood Eunique B: I have been going here for a year now and each time my hair is beautiful! Jewels is such a sweetheart and really takes the time to understand What you want. Her appointments never seem "rushed" and you can really relax and feel comfortable here. I highly recommend coming here. Dont feel shy as this salon has a lot of diversity, so youll fit right on in!
