5 /5 D F: I broke my finger and while it took some time to get called back, u can tell the entire medical staff is hustling and working hard. I want to call out PA-C Patricia Sun, who had incredible bedside manner and really turned my (very late) night around. Not only did she diagnose and treat, set me up with specialist, she empowered me I’ll get through this. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do & helping others- I found that the case here!!

1 /5 Ramiz Karic: Slow and unprofessional from beginning...at check in lady didnt really knew how to check messages in for my job related injury... But she was trying... Couple hours later Im in the room 9 04.02. 2025 around 4 pm and Dr come in Saw my report of accident paperwork and said thats job related stuff Ill have to get you somebody else and walked out... Still waiting... Hope they dont let meet die in here

2 /5 Meg: The consulting nurse asked my 7 year old *after all the intake questions* "so why are you even here?" Because she did not have a fever or classic symptoms of strep or something more serious. rude. (She gets strep constantly and we have to document each time for our ENT). Lady..... i have exhausted ALL my options this was the last place I could come urgently for a rapid strep before going back to school/work. Im not about to spread that to everyone else. There are no appts available for 2 months. No video visits for a week. I scheduled a call for the morning in hopes they can get a rapid test so I dont have to miss work since Im a single mom. I would not be there if I found other options. That is what its meant for- "urgent care" its not an emergency room. We walked out after 2+ hours, hearing that other people had been waiting for 5 with more serious illnesses and 1 doctor on staff. I was not about to keep my kid up past midnight for a strep test.

5 /5 Alison L.: Being able to be seen any time at this urgent care clinic is the best thing about being a KP member. I know of no other 24/7 urgent care facility that has lab and radiology (X-rays, MRI, CT). All other urgent care facilities have limited services and limited hours. KP’s Urgent Care usually triages me within 30 minutes, and I’m usually out within 3 hours with prescriptions for medication that I can pick up at their in-house pharmacy. Most of all, their medical staff treat me with respect. Now that I’ve switched employers and have new medical insurance with UHC, I really miss KP especially for the care at this facility. I’m considering going out of network and paying out of pocket just to see KP doctors. UHC is absolutely abhorrent. If given the choice, choose KP.

5 /5 shel b: I’ve never been to urgent care and had no idea what to expect. I was treated promptly and with respect from everyone I came in contact with. I was in and out of triage, put into a room, met with a doctor, got blood work and X-rays done, finished up with a game plan and prescription information and picking them up all within 3 hours. This was at 530 on a Tuesday evening. I know it can be worse, but I am grateful it turned out like it did. From the kindness of staff, to the jokes from my nurse, to the no nonsense explanations of the doctor, it was a great experience. And heck, I got to ride in a wheelchair for the first time! :)

Nava Prasanth Vallepalli: Beware of what you disclose when you visit for only annual physicals. I was billed for two visits on my first single visit, (one for annual physicals and another for established patient care) even though I explicitly asked for only annual physicals and nothing else. Established care was billed for explaining my previous health history when asked by the doctor. My appointment was delayed by 15 minutes and it was all rushed. Will not visit this primary care again for lack of transparency.

W M: I have been to Swedish 3 times now with different emergencies. Have to say the from receptionist,nurse to doctors , all are super friendly and helpful. The wait time is none, you get taken care of right away. It seems to me that each team member has a great portocal of your duties and collaborate seamlessly. Their handover is also professionally each step, taking notes , checking on us with warm blanket and water etc. A complete different experience with other emergency operations, such as Seattle children emergency, lack of doctors, lack of urgency. It operate more like a night time iefficient urgent care where the wait time is 3-5 hrs. Unreal. Thanks to Swedish leadership team transcend their care to each and every patient by high-quality training and a strong leadership. Thanks to each one of you.

Christyna Hernandez: I haven’t found a new primary Dr since COVID and happened to hear about Dr. Chang in passing. From my first call to make my appt I was shocked by the level of attentiveness, caring, prompt, and thoroughness. I was able to get an appt same day. When I got to the office I was met with the same amazing and friendly staff. There was no wait. Dr. Chang whole heartedly listened to my long list of concerns and things I wanted to do going forward in regards to my health and body. He was not robotic, he wasn’t in a hurry to get to the next client, he was engaging, informative. But mostly he he hears my needs, he listened when I said what has worked what hasn’t and what I’d like to try. I pray that everyone gets a Dr like Dr. Chang. I made a follow up alot and I plan to do better at routing care becuase he made it not feel like a chore but a reward. For the first time I’m excited about my care going forward.

Gertrude Njeri: I met the most wonderful humans at Fairfax . People looking out for one another and staff members that loved their job. The downsides are that it is grossly understaffed so the needs of us patients often had to be out in the back burner which ended up being very aggravating. I think sometimes theyd pull people from other units that that no idea what was going on in our unit which was very frustrating. I hope it gets fixed !
