1 /5 Brian Serjeant: Absalute fraud dont trust this guy and dont take tour car here. We trusted him. With my 2001 pontiac grand prix. Took it in for a coolant flush got it back with a leak. Asked them to overlook there they wanted to charge me. Needless to say eversince I have had one problem after another with my cooling system, overheating ext. Thanks for ruining my car charging me over $1700 and taking no responsibility for it. Your a joke. Your a real peice of crap

1 /5 Shanna Rademacher: I would not recommend this place to anybody. To start with, my insurance company sent my Jeep there for some minor damage after a fender bender, they totaled it out. It was not damaged enough to be totaled. I think they probably totaled it out so they could buy it at auction for a good price. The second thing was that they took my belongings out of my car so when I went to go get the stuff after it had been towed by Insurance to their auction lot there was nothing in there. When I called and asked where my property was they had it "somewhere" she blamed it on the mechanic at one point and another time she didnt know who did it then she said it was an accident but they didnt bother to put it back nor did anybody call me to notify me they had my property but they had my number because Id called a couple times wondering what it was taking so long to get done (before I knew they were totaling it out) because theyd had it for a month already. I went to pick up my stuff and things were missing and I never got my brand new umbrella back either. I think this place is sketchy AF and I wouldnt trust them with one bit. Shady AF

5 /5 Willy Bergin: Vans Auto Repair is excellent!!! Van and his team were professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way. They worked on my 2000 dakota and did a great job. From fixing oil leaks, new timing chain and a tune-up, I feel like I have a new truck Thank you!

5 /5 KC L: I’ve always gone to Bellevue Toyota for maintenance. Recently they lost all my details and after they change owners the service has gone down hill. So instead I went to Van’s for maintenance instead and it was efficient and much more reasonably priced. The waiting area isn’t the best but it’s so fast that it didn’t really matter. Will come back again.

1 /5 Jamis Chin: Pretty poor experience. Had problem with brakes, asked them specifically about the brake calipers. They said it was fine. Charged us $300 for cleaning of the brakes. Problem was still present after what they did. Took it to another repair shop and they found that my brake calipers were sticking which is what I initially thought. Unfortunate that Vans could not identify the problem, charged me for something that didn’t even fix the problem, and another repair shop was easily able to identify the root cause.
