The staff and dentist are always pleasant and nice to work with. However, the scheduling is very unorganized. Over the last year I have shown up for 2 appointments (that were booked in office and confirmed face to face with receptionist). Each time they have told me that I am not scheduled that day and turn me away with a new appointment. This happened again a couple weeks ago and it was the final straw for me. Unfortunately, I am moving my whole family to a new dentist.
Richland Dental Center - Richland Enif Michael: Absolutely incredible patient care at Richland Dental Center. The entire staff is friendly and engaging. Dr Thornock is intelligent, informative and personable. I appreciated the strong work ethic from the team and my experience was great! Highly recommend!!
Badger Mountain Dental - Richland Jed Watters: My daughter went to Badger Mountain Dental first for a cleaning and then for fillings. They were very supportive with her dental anxiety from the moment we opened the front door. Everyone was genuinely friendly, respectful, and cared throughout the procedure. They offered a tv to watch, headphones, separate room, gas, stress ball, and more to help her feel comfortable. Whether you enjoy going to the dentist or get sick at the thought, Badger Mountain Dental will care for you like you’re family and their only patient. Thank you,
Smart Dental - Richland Breanna Murray: I recently moved to the Richland area and saw a Facebook ad for Smart Dental offering a “FREE toothbrush for new patients!” I clicked the link, which directed me to Messenger and sent an automatic message to their page. Someone responded quickly, asked for my availability and insurance, and got me scheduled for a week later. They also sent a link to fill out the new patient forms ahead of time instead of in the office. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told during the visit that my insurance doesn’t cover the “free” toothbrush—only private insurances do? When I asked why it wasn’t disclosed, the dentist said it would look bad to put “state insurance not included” in the ad. I was disappointed because I had been excited and told my family, as I’ve always wanted an electric toothbrush. There were also signs in the office about a “free burrito—ask us how!” but I was told by the assistant that my insurance probably wouldn’t cover that either. So these items aren’t truly free—they’re billed to insurance, if applicable. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dentist felt a bit rushed but still took time to answer my questions, and he kindly offered to give me the toothbrush after I get my crown done. They completed a cleaning and explained that the needed single crown isn’t covered by state insurance, but they gave me a 10% discount, bringing the cost to $1,636.20. Overall, I’d give them 3 stars—the care and team were good, but the lack of transparency in their promotions was disappointing.
Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - richland - Richland countermonkish: I needed a cleaning as it had been about 3 years since my last one. My hygienist, Lindsay, was awesome and the assistants and front office staff were also really accommodating. They told me I probably wouldnt get my cleaning and exam done on the same day, but there was a cancellation and they worked my cleaning right in. Ill definitely be back!

Their staff is always friendly and accommodating and the level of care by the dental team is exceptional. I have had multiple types of procedures executed by Dr Powell and their follow up care insures I am always happy and comfortable in the following weeks.
Walker Family Dental - richland - Richland S Lawless: Ive been a patient since the beginning. I have complete confidence in Dr Walker and staff. They are always very kind and caring. Dr Walker never does any procedures unless he really believes you need it. He is never pushy. All of my fillings and crowns are perfect. I feel very blessed to have him as my dentist and Im so grateful for my healthy teeth. I also appreciate Tomas my hygienist for always doing great work and keeping the gums healthy.

Family First Dental - West Richland - West Richland Snell S.D. (yeahwee): Very nice and professional! These folks really know what theyre doing and they make you feel at home. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly and the dentist was great as well. I dont like going to the dentist but these folks make it as pleasant as possible. I will return.
Casper Family Dental - Richland Arsenia Bowen: Dr. Casper and his staff are amazing! I couldn’t thank them enough. They go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Dr. Casper is very knowledgeable, thorough and so good with kids! Both my son and daughter will be staying in his practice for sure! We are so fortunate to have a dentist in the area that cares and is excellent at what he does!
