1 /5 Joshua B: The people who work here are the worst if 0 was an option I would do it. If there was another urologist office in Yakima surely they would be out of business by now since everyone told me "good luck" about trying to get them to help. The attitude I got from the entire staff except the actual doctor made me think I was inconveniencing them by asking them to do their jobs. If I ever need a urologist again Im driving to Seattle.

1 /5 Shawna lee: First off I want to say the doctor here was very nice and thorough so I dont want this to reflect on him. The ladies who handle paper work are terrible. I spoke to Wendy and she was extremely rude, unprofessional and makes me never want to deal with them again. Which is unfortunate, because like I said the doctor was amazing. I would choose the people who represent your business a little better and to consider additional training for making your patients feel like actual people and not just a number in your system.

I went in for a consult and paid my $300.00 deposit to schedule my appointment, due to our insurance dropping this office from my network I canceled the appointment and was told I would be issued a refund. 2 MONTHS later I received my refund only to be shorted. Apparently there “was a balance on my account.” I never received an invoice or bill and was never told it would come out of my refund. Horrid communication, please go elsewhere and avoid this office!!!!
