1 /5 Manjot Kaur: Terrible terrible customer service. I have been buying from Ann Tyler Portland, Bellevue locations over last 10 years. Customer service for this store is absolutely horrible. They started rushing through the order, scanning even before the closing time and asked us to hurry up as well and spoke rudely when asked price for items they were scanning. In this rush process they scanned 3 items twice and over charged. When we stepped out and realized that it is way too much $ 650 they said we cannot step back and refuses to help with any questions and asked us to come back and talk to manager. We drove 3 hours back n forth. Finally while they were closing we sat outside on table and found the fault - 3 items duplicate scans and trying to ask them if they can help understand if single bar code is suppose to appear twice. Manager was super rude and asked other 2 girls who scanned our order to go to the car and just kept on telling us to come back and they dont want to loose their job over this. We also told one of the item is missing and not in the bag. First they blamed us then layer she went inside the store and got it outside. She was not ready to answer any question. Because of their fault, rude and misbehavior we have to suffer. Never going to this store ever again
