5 /5 Carter Timm: I brought in a pair of shoes I’d had for about 7 months that were starting to show some wear, and the rubber pad on the bottom had begun to peel off. Almost as soon as I walked into the store, John came over and helped me with the return and got me set up with a swap since I wanted a very similar pair (they just charge or credit the difference between the old and new pair, which in my case ended up being the same price). He clearly knew what he was doing and made the whole process quick and easy. The entire exchange took about 10 minutes. John’s great customer service and Nordstrom’s excellent return policy made this a really positive experience.
