5 /5 Amy Suero: Came in to browse not expecting to find a semi-formal dress but hoping. The only employee in the store was a super friendly and helpful girl with glasses that immediately found out what my daughter liked and needed then took her around and found 5 different options while not ignoring other customers. She checked on us without being pushy and talked like a friend. We will be coming back many more times. And my daughter found her dress there too!

1 /5 Sam Trujillo: all i can say is i didnt even need to step 2 feet into the store to see the attitude starring back at. I went to use the restroom in the mall food court and as i was walking back to TILLYS because i needed a pair of pants and as i was walking back i noticed Copcept jeans and like anyone in a mall look curious because i actually was looking to purchase a nice pair of jeans for work, and literally the second i even tried to walk I didnt get a Hello How are you today" i got such an attitude because i had me service dog with me and this guy continued even after i said he was a service dog , he said so No DOGS ALLOWED and i said i have the service dog info on me as well if you want to see and he said well we have had dogs PEE in here before and i said THAT NOT MY DOG and dont compare dogs or other situations to me or my dog and i even said wow i havent really walked into the store and this is how you great your customers at 10am , I lets me ask you something How good is your sales today with the attitude your serving up?! They guy was acting as if i was interested in a cat fight and i really just wanted a pair of jeans or to see what they had. HE and who ever the other associate he was there with were just bickering and talking before i walked in and whatever, but you can clearly notice the other associate noticing the behavior of that other guy, and to be honest i think is was the person on duty or manager. But wow, Good luck to anyone else with a service dog going into that store.

5 /5 Amy G: This Store Ruined My Life (In the Best Way) I came into Concept with the innocent intention of browsing. Just browsing. Maybe touch a sweater. Maybe sniff a perfume. Harmless stuff. And then… they found me. The girls. The style sorceresses. The fashion cult leaders. One of them locked eyes with me and whispered, “I have something for you.” Next thing I know, I’m in a dressing room with a sexy dress that looked like it was stitched together by angels and questionable decisions. I laughed. I scoffed. I said, “Oh no, I could NEVER pull this off.” They said: “Oh yes. You can. And you will.” Flash forward: I’m standing in front of the mirror, transformed. Transcended. Somewhere between a runway model and a Bond villain’s muse. I didn’t walk out of that fitting room myself. I emerged, like a phoenix in heels. The customers clapped. A baby in a stroller winked at me. I think I blacked out from how powerful I felt. I bought the dress. Obviously. I now wear it while dramatically watering my plants, stirring pasta, and glaring out windows like I’m in a perfume commercial. Bless you, Concept. You didn’t just sell me a dress. You rewrote my origin story.

5 /5 Jaclyn: I always get the best customer service here—they consistently go above and beyond to help. On top of that, they have the cutest selection of clothes and accessories. Easily one of my favorite places to shop!

1 /5 briseyda Jimenez: I bought a $75 seasonal dress for an occasion, but in the end I didnt wear it. I came back 3 days later and they told me it was a sale dress. I told them it wasnt on sale when I bought it, I just wanted to exchange it for something else. I was nice and the lady who said she was the manager was extremely rude. She ripped the tags off MY NEW DRESS and almost threw it on the counter and left. I was in shock. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN!
