1 /5 Brian Ramos: Today I visited this location to pick up an order of two shirts due to a sale that required the items be picked up. When I arrived a browsed the selection and was helped along.
Unfortunately, when I finally returned to my vehicle I noticed that I was missing one shirt. I returned to the 3rd floor and told the associate, Andrea, of the issue who proceeded to inform me in a rude and condescending tone that i had only one shirt on order and asked for the receipt attached to the bag. I told the associate that there was none when I picked it up and in a rude manner she informed me I was incorrect and that It was there. In order to be assisted this was needed and so I was told I had to return to my vehicle and bring it. After searching my vehicle I did not locate it, I returned told the associate and clearly irritated asked another associate who then informed her that she had tossed it out and was in fact in the garbage.
I immediately asked for a refund and to cancel my order. This took over 30 mins as they clearly could not locate information on the full order and needed to call their customer service line where the associate Greg spent time informing me of my mistake as to why both items were not in. (Never did I share any frustration with the order not being there, I simply wanted a refund due to the manner I was spoken to and treated).
I highly recommend that if you are going to shop at DXL that you take your business to another location where you will be treated with respect and offered timely resolutions. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a DXL.
