I’ve been a loyal Express shopper for eight years, a dedicated cardholder who spends a lot with the brand. But this location has hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
One employee, who I believe is the manager (a young, short Hispanic guy), was unbelievably rude. I came in with a few online returns, tags in hand, and he flat-out refused to accept them. One pair of pants still had the tag attached to the waistband, but because the price tag wasn’t physically attached, he wouldn’t process the return—hiding behind “Express policy,” which turned out to be completely false.
After calling customer service, I learned I shouldve been able to return my items. I went to the Alderwood location the next day, where they processed my return without hesitation—no attitude, no excuses, just proper customer service.
This location is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and shop at an Express store that actually values its customers.
