1 /5 Hardeep Kaur: A huge company but returning items or exchanging them is very bad experience, i lost my receipt and i paid with tab by phone and they completely say no to return or exchange the item i spend $60 on my item and item is un used.. i dont want the item but i have to keep it forcefully.. thats good JCPenney stores closed on few places, this should also needs to be closed. Police are not good. There is many more stores gives us many good options. We will go there rather than this. I will share this experience to all my friends and other peoples.
I know no body will bother with these reviews from the company because its huge they wont be bothered because of one customer.
