1 /5 Pam McNutt: My daughter bought me a beautiful pair of pajamas for Christmas. They were beautiful until they were washed. The seam going down the sides of the legs were detached from the material. The hems at the leg bottoms weren’t cattywompas after washed, just a horrible look.

1 /5 Raquel Sadler: I have been a loyal customer for years and I as well as my husband have began to experience an increasing amount of customer service issues at your Bellevue location. I tried to exchange a sweater that I received for Christmas, with tag on, that you still had on display but I didn’t have the email address of the person who purchased it- the CSR loudly said she wasn’t lying and that your store will not take back items without emails addresses- no one accused her of lying and she became escalated, not me. Today my husband went to buy me a birthday gift and AGAIN had horrible customer service to the point that he just left the store after the manager was increasingly rude to him about an item that I guess sold out quickly. I have loved this store for years, but your Bellevue location is horrendous. Please provide training and do better!

5 /5 Jeremy T: I havent had the same experience as some of the more recent reviews. Maybe because I shop on weekday evenings, but Ive always had good customer service at this store. Whether its finding another size, an opinion on which piece fit me better or just doing an exchange for a different size for a online purchase, same consistent customer service. I shop here quite a bit, I always look on the web site and ask if they would match the sale price (tip, app sometimes doesnt always find the item). The store is always been clean and organized. The recent store rearrangement put the mens clothes up front, but the men sales items are in the back. Theres alot of foot traffic in this store as ive noticed sales items go really quick.

5 /5 Gus Alves: Karin helped us tremendously in getting an item that we wanted that was out of stock in stores. She called two different locations just to see if they had the item available, and then gave me a sticky note with exactly what I needed to do to get it shipped to me. Shes an absolute rockstar - went above and beyond!
