5 /5 Whitney: Jennifer, the sales associate, was phenomenal. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and it was easy to let her take the lead and find us outfits for an event we had. She was so kind and energetic! A thousand thank yous to her! Well be back for sure.

5 /5 Cedar Pardee-Lewis: I came in today and had a very seamless experience doing an online order exchange! It was so much easier than I imagine it wouldve been trying to do the exchange on my own. The store was also very clean and organized! Thanks so much to the cashiers as well as Jen (manager on duty I believe) who helped me. I didnt catch the names of everyone who helped me but I came in around noon, so please pass along praise to the cashiers working then :)

When I was choosing a sweater, she asked effective questions which helped me decide which item to get. She also assisted me with my online return. She has good conversation and outstanding customer service skills. Likewise efficient, and very professional. J Crew Factory Marysville is lucky to have her in their team. 2022 Review: I was at the J Crew Factory, Seattle Premium Outlet, Marysville, WA during the Father’s Day weekend. Both the ladies (one from the fitting room - I just wasn’t able to get her name and the other one was Tricia at the cash register) who I encountered were so nice and have outstanding customer service skills despite the fact that it was a busy weekend. The lady from the fitting room was also really respectful while Tricia was friendly yet professional. They both give value to customers and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you to both of you for a wonderful shopping experience!
