5 /5 Unknown 555: Went to Sephora to buy some new makeup and even though Anna didn’t work for the Sephora department she helped me all the way through. Could not have done it without her. When checking out Bayley helped me sign up for rewards and was also the best ever. Both of these girls made my experience so amazing and they were the absolute sweetest. I don’t usually shop at Kohls but I will definitely be back. What a great team! :,)

1 /5 S B: I ordered online. It came in on two different shipments. I went in to pick both up at the same time and o e one of the shipments was not there and it said I had already picked it up. I am very angry that someone else just took my items. The system in place invites thieves to help themselves to whatever they want because nobody checks what you are doing in the area. This is total bs.

1 /5 *Dj Sonido Barrera* Luis: I went go purchase a gift for my wife at the Sephora section, no one was there so i asked an employee to see if they could help and he would call someone to help me, I waited 20 mins and no one showed up. Finally a women came she was wearing a headset and had her name displayed so I asked her for help ams VERY rude she reply she didn’t work in that area and didnt even try to call or help. She just continue to walk around the area and ignore me. I ended up leaving and took my business to another store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

4 /5 Richard Fuller: My first visit years ago I was extremely disappointed with this store but today I went to drop off an Amazon return and decided to pick up something I needed and was very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was which was completely opposite from the way it was before!
