2 /5 Mayra Robledo: Me and my daughter went to this dress shop to buy her a prom dress went in. Didn’t get any help. There was three ladies. None of them wanted to help when I asked a question about the dresses. She just said they’re right there. Try on whatever you want. Finally left never coming back to the store again they made it very clear. None of them wanted to help. They just kept talking in a corner amongst themselves Thought that was very rude of them

1 /5 baby Hernandez: When to the store with my niece and daughter looking for dresses we was judged since couldnt speck spanish and the lady rolled her eyes at my niece when my niece asked if she can try on a dress and get a size she told us we had to pay $50 for an appointment. so basically, she couldnt help us since we didnt speak Spanish, sad if she is racist smh, 10/15/25 6:15pm

1 /5 Valeriano Rueda: I am so disappointed in the customer service. I visited this store couple of years when i was looking for my wedding dress. I felt judged for being bigger. The cashier seemed shocked that i was getting married. And that was the last thing she said. As i looked a little bit by myself. I left and went to Davids bridal. Which was well worth the travel. Today i decided to go look for my daughters sweet 16, to my surprise NO ONE bothered to help us til after we helped ourselves. Then they came to say we cant try those dresses on because its appt only. They had no one in the store and obviously no appts, but they still did not offer to help us. We left and i will not being going back. Very rude and no customer service at all.

1 /5 Bianca Chavez: Went there to try a dress on and immediately got handed 1 dress. I loved it but my only issue was when I mentioned wanting to try others on to see different options they didn’t care. Then I noticed nothing in the store was priced! None of the dresses which is frustrating when trying to stay on a budget! Then was told the simpler dress I liked was almost 1,000! I understand wedding dresses can be spendy but for such a small selection and it not being a location that specializes in wedding dresses or that great of customer service that’s very expensive!

1 /5 Vane: Went looking for a dress for my daughter and found a dress selected her size and asked to try on. The lady didnt let her try on because according to her it wouldnt fit... instead of just letting us see if it would fit ,she measured her and measured the dress waist and said no..um rudest thing ever my poor kid felt sad. Obviously were not going to try something we KNOW is to small. Not going back!!!
