1 /5 Paula Rose: Ill never shop there again even though Ive been a long-time customer ofthem. I bought three flannel shirts 11 days ago. When I washed the first one, according to the instructions, it shrank unbelievably. I brought them back in, explained what had happened and asked if I could exchange them for a larger size. The assistant manager refused to do anything and was very rude about it. When I called the toll-free number, I was told that if an item is defective, the store should take it back. As far as Im concerned, they were definitely defective. No shirt should shrink that much if washed according to the instructions. Thankfully, the 800 number representative gave me a $50 credit that I can use in the store, but Id have to think twice about going back to that store.
