1 /5 Rojin Atefimehr: I went to return an online order since PacSun’s website states online purchases can be returned in store. The associate who helped me, an older man, told me I should have returned the items through the post office and mentioned that these returns damage the store because they don’t carry the items there. His tone was rude. As a customer, I was simply following the general return policy, as I do at other stores where this is usually handled without any issues. Overall, it was disappointing.

1 /5 Adonis Savior: Extremely rude blond during the later shift. Made fun of my daughter and I as she mistakenly thought the skirt was a top (her coworker told us it was a top). Simply asked her to find it for us. After a while when she came back she said they didn’t have it when it was clear she forgot to look for it as she informed her coworker that she had forgotten infront of us and was shocked to see us still there. Even after we weren’t even mad just asking if she could help us find it online and I could order it for her from there. After she found it she said it was a skirt and my daughter just laughed it off while she side eyed her coworker and mocked us.

1 /5 lara summer: Terrible service at PacSun. The older white male employee was rude, disrespectful to the girls working there, and treated me poorly when I came to return an online orders. He made it clear that online returns are not welcome. Completely unacceptable.

2 /5 Kb: I was in there just a few days ago, and I my niece and I witnessed the employees getting yelled at by someone who seemed to be the boss. I can’t imagine how humiliating that must be for them! The customer service was decent and the employees were nice, I got help on the denim by a few different people which I was entirely grateful for, but the whole time I was there I kept witnessing the employees not looking happy and many saying they wanted to quit because of what they just experienced.
