1 /5 Lawanda Harris: Worst experience ever staff is completely rude. Shop is dirty and nasty overpriced items. I was treated like a bum. I brought in 3 bags of name brand nice clothes with tags on, but they were plus size clothing. And so they all got turned down, this was ridiculous. My clothes were top a notch from name. Brand places such as torrid, bloomshack, Nike Princess poppy There was no cheap, a Walmart clothing in my clothes, Tommy hill figured just to name a few and everything got turned down because it wasnt a size too. Im completely disgusted with the treatment that I received there and will never go back. And I would strongly strongly Suggest that nobody else go there either.Especially if you dont fit into a barbie size, the little girl that worked there with curly brown hair was just a complete jerk.She treated me so nasty, she should not have a job

1 /5 WELUVBLUECOLLARS: The payout is literally horrible half of the time I come by. you guys aren’t buying because you’re “ full on inventory” You guys should stop taking buys for a bit can’t afford to be paying people Or start taking buys instead of for cash and start offering store credit cause it’s a waste of people’s time and gas money to show up just to find out that you’re not even buying anything because of high inventory or offering like four dollars Please fix the system because this is not fair to people taking their time to give you guys nice stuff Just to get nothing back but time wasted And on your guys TikTok you guys post about having “ $300 “ buyout which rarely happens unless you’re friends with the owner so I don’t find that very fair maybe start letting people get store credit instead if you can’t “ afford “to give out cash I get you’re a business and need to make money, but please make that fair for your customers who have been loyal to shopping here and selling

1 /5 Natalie: I came in to the store at 6:58 pm hoping to try to sell some clothes. They were helping someone else and, when someone was available to help me, they looked at their phone and told me “it is 7:01” (they said this exact time) and they don’t buy clothes after 7:00. This information was not posted at their register, on their door, is not on the website, under the “sell to us” link, or anywhere else I looked, and they did not tell me when I called earlier in the day inquiring about selling. I understand why they stop buying an hour before closing but it should at least be advertised and, if someone is there before the cutoff, it’s reasonable to help them.

5 /5 Angie Carey: I liked the staff and found a lot of stuff I liked there. Have good prices for name brand stuff. I’ll be going back. Hope they get more plus size stuff in.
