1 /5 Robin Albright: ZERO STARS!! Satruday 4/19. First time there. As I walked to the door, they had a standing upright leaning against the outside wall by the door, pile of wall hanging pictures of all sizes. They fell on my foot and ankle. They were heavy!! As Im trying to dig myself out, an older lady which I later learn her name is Michelle (employee) came out assking me if Im alright. Youd think shed help get their pictures off my foot. Nope! She just stood there! Once I got free, about to go through the door, there was a pile of 11 boxes. I asked what they were. She replies plastic bags Ill sell the to you for $1 each. Sold Ill take them. Told her Id pay for them when Im done shopping. I had just gotten there. She replied OK great that will work. Periodically I spoke with her about a few products that had no price. I thought she was very nice. I took a few more items up to check out.to add to what she was holding for me until I was ready to check out.(no baskets or shopping carts). A cutomer asked about the boxes of bags. Michelle told the woman another customer (me) is buying all of them. In a low tone they went back and forth with conversation as if they didnt want anyone to hear. The woman goes out and starts loading the boxes, I tokd her sorry Im buying those. She said that Michelle had sold her 5 boxes. I go back to check out and asked Michelle about the issue. She replied, she had sold her five knowing Im in the store, right in front of her. Sad part is if she would of asked me I would of said sure. She just stood there with her mouth open not knowing what to say. I let her know that was very bad business! She still had no explanation. I told her all those items I was about to pay for plus the boxes she can keep. I will not be handing any of my money over for a business thats so shady. As Im leaving I hear a customer say she had an attitude. Normally I would have turned around and handled but this place aint worth my time. Its as youre checking out and I say oh I will buy half of what you are checking out! How absolutely ignorant! I will never shop there again. First and last time! The lady the she sold them to was outside. She said she wouldnt want that dont to her and I could buy them from her. I told her no thank you its not your failt but now she can buy all of them. They will be hearing from me on the foot ankle. It doest pay too be nasty especially to your customers.

5 /5 Theone Tollefson: Pastor Paula and her team at The Rock are unequalled in their amazing customer service!! They’re just amazing. The merchandise is clean, well-displayed, and very economically priced! So many brand new items and they know their products so well!!! And…to top all of this: They LOVE the Lord and serve Him joyfully!! I love the Christian music that streams through the store!! Thank you for always blessing us whenever we shop at The Rock!!

3 /5 Nicholas Graham: I will start by saying, if you are in the area and want to go to a thrift store check them out. Place used to be great although the prices seem to have went up on certain items. I still pop in Saturdays for their 50% off sale. At some point in the last year the sticker prices seems to have gone up a lot. This is keeping products on the shelf longer, with less turnover making going in less alluring. For instance, Scope mouth wash for $10, that Walmart is charging $5 for the same product, those bottles arent going anywhere even on deal days unless it is convenient. Big items seem to have gone up, keeping them around longer as well. Nice folks working and running the store.
