5 /5 sadie allen: This shop is amazing! They are so dedicated to the Tacoma community. I called them a couple weeks ago looking to have Silas High School logos put on warm up jackets for the girls cross-country team. They immediately offered to do the work for us for free. Our cross-country team is small and does not receive a lot of funding. Now when we go to meets, we will look like a cohesive team and not the Bad News Bears. So much gratitude!

5 /5 Vikki Hutchinson: I went to TSM SHOP today to have my sons picture put on my T-shirt for his senior night and I absolutely LOVE my shirt! Willie assisted me with that. He was welcoming, kind and patient with me because at first I didnt know what I wanted....LOL. Willie got it done in a timely manner and Im thankful for his great work. I will be referring people to TSM SHOP. THANK YOU WILLIE !

5 /5 C R: I was looking for a very last minute shirt for an out of town trip. Due to my lack of planning I definitely wasn’t expecting much and would have very much understand being turned away. Instead, the shop owner (name is escaping me) sat my kiddo down and talked with them to create a one of a kind shirt for their 9th birthday. Never once did we feel that like an inconvenience. He was more than happy to interact with my kiddo and listen to their wants. It was a one of a kind shirt developed right in front of our eyes, and a memory created forever. Just another reason to shop LOCAL businesses and put your money back into the community. Even Amazon can’t give me a shirt instantly but I definitely wouldn’t have gotten the personal customer service, or learn about someone and their family from my local community.

1 /5 Maddie Savage: I reached out to get a shirt made. They responded quickly and said to stop by anytime. I looked up their hours on their website and when I stopped by, they were closed. They had an “Hours of Operation” sign which had conflicting hours from their website. I reached out again via email to confirm when they’re open and again, conflicting hours from their site and the sign at their door. I came by before work and as I walked up, an employee was headed out to take his kids to school. He told me I could email to which I said I did and was told to come by anytime. He said someone would be back at 9. I know I am one person and me not going to them won’t affect their business. I don’t know if I was treated differently because I was only getting one thing opposed to a big order but this communication and lack of business ethic will eventually catch up. Disappointing for a place that has so many great reviews.
