5 /5 Steven: I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the TJ Maxx in Federal Way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful guidance. Every employee, from the sales floor staff to the managers, was incredibly professional and attentive. They really go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome. Beyond the clothing, I especially love browsing their selection of pots and pans—they have high-quality cookware at fantastic prices. It’s truly a one-stop shop for me, and I always leave with a smile. I’ll definitely be back soon!

1 /5 Haila Ignacio: This specific location does not have any selections for women’s jeans/skirts except for the clearance. Majority of aisles are on sweatpants sets and juniors clothing. I wish this location had a better layout and inventory.

5 /5 Rani Tjugito: The store is located in an outdoor strip mall, very close to other stores (walking distance). The store is organized and we were able to find face masks, kitchen supplies, clothes, snacks, and dog’s toys at this store location. It’s very clean and easy to find our way around. Highly recommended TJMaxx store!
