5 /5 Beth Napolitano: I’ve been looking for an Icelandic style sweater forever and usually strike out because of fit or scratchiness. I spotted this North Sea Fair Isle cardigan on Instagram and immediately went for it. So glad I did. The cropped cut is perfect. No bulky length and no tight waistband. It’s soft, beautifully made, and honestly flattering in a way these sweaters rarely are. Shipping was lightning fast. I grabbed the very last one and it arrived the next day via UPS. The packaging was gorgeous too. Tissue wrapped, a handwritten thank you, and a fun sticker. You can tell a lot of care goes into every step. I’m just genuinely impressed and thrilled with the whole experience and the sweater. Thanks Vixen!

5 /5 DeLancey Lane: The women who work at Vixen are the loveliest! They are so kind and helpful every time I or my boyfriend come in. A very very huge thanks to the blonde and brunette (Im sorry I didnt get your names!) who helped me pick out a dress Id regretted not getting earlier and couldnt decide what color was best (you were right - the dark red was the right choice). The clothes are really lovely as well, but the customer service makes this my new go-to for shopping days.

1 /5 VP: my sister and I (she’s 17 and I’m 15) walked into this boutique because it looked super cute from the outside. We weren’t even three steps in when this lady, who worked there, was standing with a Swiffer Wet Jet and her arms crossed. She looked at us with this weird judgy smirk and said, “Are you ladies 18?” We said no, and just kept walking around, kind of confused. Then out of nowhere, she uncrossed her arms, coughed, and gestured for us to get out. She literally didn’t explain anything. Just told us to leave. We were so confused and honestly kind of embarrassed. If there was a reason or rule, she could’ve just told us nicely. We actually wanted to look around and maybe buy something, but now we’re definitely never going back. So rude for no reason.

5 /5 Claire Johansen: I bought a tank top, a jacket and a pair of sunglasses from Vixen several months back and I wear them all the time. Great quality. Such nice staff. One of my favorite boutiques in Seattle.
