She went above and beyond to help me find exactly the workwear I needed, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuine care without ever being pushy. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. This is customer service at its best — I’ll definitely be back because of her!

1 /5 P H: Unfortunately, my experience at the Bellevue White House Black Market was very disappointing. The issue wasn’t the pricing mistake itself, but how it was handled—dismissive behavior, refusal to sell the item, and unnecessary escalation by store management. When we asked for the customer service phone number, both associates rolled their eyes in a visibly unprofessional manner. Additionally, my mom has experienced multiple instances of being overcharged at checkout by Rebecca and the team. While corporate ultimately helped resolve the issue, the in-store customer service needs significant improvement.

1 /5 Sylvia Amundson: I have always loved WHBM clothing and the customer service experience I have received but only from the sales gals. Rebecca, however, the store manager is nothing short of rude and discourteous. Her manner, tone and lack of eye contact, smile or greeting. . Her attitude on a recent item return was shocking. Never again will I deal with her. As a loyal customer, I expected better.

1 /5 Sindu: I will start by saying that this is one of my favorite store to shop at. They have great trendy clothes and nice sales going on as well. I would highly recommend this place for someone looking for feminine clothing. I took off 4 stars because, the women who work at this store are extremely rude. They don’t help you at all. I have been to other White House Black Market stores and had always gotten amazing service. I will be shopping online from here and I’d suggest you to do the same.

5 /5 Monique Jackson King: My experience here was amazing! Rebecca and Kay were so helpful and put this room together for me in less than 10 minutes of me entering the store. I began a new executive job and needed some wear to work and play pieces. The quality and fabrications are high quality. Even better, the customer service is worth reviewing :).
