Jamie Meiers I wish that I could leave ZERO stars. Brian Roach is far too busy to help you with a DUI or anything else for that matter. He will sweet talk you, tell you that he is going to take care of everything, TAKE YOUR MONEY and then disappear. Mark the date on your calendar when you speak to him because it is the last and most certainly the only time that you actually will speak to him. He didnt even show up at my court date after I flew in from the East Coast for one day. His assistants Niki and Alondra are not going to help you either. All they are going to do is confirm that he is far too busy to deal with YOU. They almost never answer the phone, return voicemail messages or even answer emails. I have called and emailed Alondra so many times that I have lost count and I have NEVER, EVER heard back from her. That is not a joke! Dont waste your time or money...find another attorney.

Wm S So far, Brian Roach has been great. We have not yet come to the end of the debacle ahead of us, but Brian has confidence that there will be a happy ending when its over... At the end of this journey, I will write another short review and give an update, however, we are at the very beginning and many months to go before we can say its over...

Kristine Nunez Heidi Ellerd and her team were excellent! They were upfront about our guardianship case and what it would entail. Heidi explained the process clearly and communicated with us every step of the way. When we were anxious and being impatient she talked us down and helped us understand the process. In court she was knowledgeable, tough and very effective. Attorneys are expensive. You are paying for her knowledge and skill set, we think she was worth every dollar we paid. If we should ever need an attorney again we would not hesitate before calling Heidi.

Her secretaries are always available to answer questions or schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. They always check in with updates when able, and never enter negotiations without prior approval. They arent afraid to stick it to the insurance, and walk me through the legal process. Id trust them to handle any future cases of mine. Go dawgs!

L D Ok had another attorney for my daughter who did not do a very good job. Just wanted the money. Mike spent a bunch of time answering questions and giving advise even on how to say "our daughter" instead of "my daughter," which the courts frown on. He spent the time to go over documents he was preparing to make sure they were accurate...not a para legal. He knows the case and is intimately knowledgable regarding what needs to be done and is not afraid to do it. Highly recommended if you want the best give him a call.

Sandra Renee Thornhill Terrible took all our money than left on vacation for his daughter Lee to manage all the cases not even a paralegal license never contacted us once about our status of our guardianship case never kept in touch with us after they got over 8.0000 from us now 2years later case is being pushed to trial when it should of been a default judgment manytimes ago now that he maxed out all .my credit cards and did nothing now wants us to fork out another 8.000 that we dont have and should of went to trial last July and been a defacto case to begin with OMG what a nightmare
