T A Such quick helpful repair service!! My engagement ring had prongs that were too long and scratched a bit. Rand was able to shorten and round them out. It looks beautiful! It also makes such a huge difference for comfort =] Thank you!!

Tara Naipo I took my ring into the Salmon Creek location for resizing and would like to provide feedback on my experience. I did not purchase the ring at Fred Meyer Jewelers, but based on community recommendations I brought my brand new ring in for resizing. First, I would like to note that my ring still does not fit and is too big. When I picked it up and tried it on in the store, I asked the sales associate if it was resized to a 5.5 and she confirmed that it was resized. At the time of drop off the sales associate mentioned that the shoulders of the ring were slightly turned, but just wanted me to note that and did not mention that it would be an issue with resizing. We examined the ring together and noted that it was barely noticeable. When I picked up my ring I noticed that one side of the shoulder is noticeably twisted and now the line of diamonds are not in a straight line anymore. If you look at the ring from an aerial view, the shoulders are significantly off. Additionally, the rest of the band has a warped or malleated appearance. The base of the band is uneven in size as well with one side being thinner than the other and not evenly distributed. Overall, I’m incredibly upset about the condition my brand new ring is in now after having it resized with Fred Meyer Jewelers. Due to the nature of which my ring was returned to me without any explanation. I can only assume one of these statements must be true: the company does not see an issue with returning a ring in such a poor state where actual damage incurred during their process -or- they neglected to notice at all the damage that had incurred during their process. Both statements lead me to believe this is the quality they are willing to stand by. I do not want to bring it back to Fred Meyer jeweler for repair so I will now need to seek out another jeweler to fix these issues. I would not recommend this jeweler. I have shared this review directly with Fred Meyer Jewelers online feedback form.

Hannah Pierdomenico Went in to get my engagement ring resized to be made larger. They did not contact me within the time stated to go pick up, and since their hours are so strange it was difficult for me to find a time to get it. When I finally came in the ring looked horrible - while they added the piece to make it bigger they did not make the ring symmetrical at all. Also the woman at the front desk acted like she had no clue who I was even though I had called a couple times to ask about the ring. I asked for the ring to be a size 6.5 and another jeweler told me it was about 6.75 - AND the ring is crooked. So now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I would not trust them with anything important to you.

Matthew Davidson Much better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!

alHalwima This has the equivalent of an entire gem fairs worth of gemstones, minerals, and fossils and is the largest store of its kind for many miles around. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory as well. Highly recommend. Because the store is so huge, if youre looking for something, theres a 99% chance theyll have it or something like it.

They have terrific prices and wonderful selection and can repair specialty pieces and also custom design pieces for you as well as repurpose pieces and they can also help you add to a curated collection.

Matthew Davidson Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They gave me an excellent offer, and theyll definitely be my go-to gold buyer in Vancouver from now on. Highly recommended!

morgan stevens Went to this Fred Meyer jewelers to buy my fiancés wedding ring. When we got the ring back from being sized the first time the ring was very dull looking, had been buffed way too hard and had no shine. Did not look even close to what it was when we bought it. Then needed to be resized again. Second time we pick it up it still doesn’t fit my fiancé so we take it to a different Fred Myer jewelers and come to find out the repair guy didn’t even resize it. Wouldn’t recommend getting repairs done at this store. The guy doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing.
