5 /5 Acacia B.: I’m just glad Patrice was working when I went in, I had only 6 days to get 2 enhancers for my wedding, and I’m not good at jewelry so my ring being a custom curve- it was difficult to find one. Patrice found me the perfect ones and also went out of her way to get them done well in advance of my big day. I also went and got them soldered after my wedding and was told they’d be ready in a week but was called the next day to pick up! The soldering was perfect, better than I expected. Very efficient, good prices, great customer service at this Fred Meyer jewelers

3 /5 Asivido Amy (The Asivido Team): Kind people but definitely understaffed. I brought a watch in for repair, and got a call to pick it up. The gentleman that helped me was so polite and when I went there that day, there were three people working and I remember specifically thinking that I had had a good experience. Since I got the call to pick it up, I have been by multiple times and there is usually only one person working with a line of people, and because I usually go on my way to somewhere else I dont have time to wait for 30 minutes to an hour.But the people are always very polite. I did try to say I was picking something up and ask if I could just grab it really fast. But they still wanted me to wait my turn, which is fair. Just dont plan on a quick pickup unless you get the timing just right. But once you get your turn they will take care of you!

2 /5 Star: Patrice was horrible towards us. Rude, dismissive, demeaning, and pointed to me right in the face. Her tone, word choice, and body language were aggressive and scary. Ridiculous. The watch repairman is wonderful at his craft. We will come back for watch servicing, but only if Ryan or one of the girls are there to help out. Patrice, you need to chill. You singlehandedly made the environment MISERABLE.
