1 /5 Susan Molina: I have been a customer for over 15 years and always encountered great customer services with umpqua but lately Pasco drive thru’s wait time is over 10mins and there is no acknowledgement/greeting that someone will be right with you. It’s to the point that you start wondering if they even know you are waiting.

1 /5 Khris Brown: These people are worthless... constantly putting holds on payroll, making the customer jump through hoops for no reason whatsoever. No communication when updating systems. Overall not a user friendly bank... will be closing out account once they release payroll

1 /5 Jared Filbrun: Awesome bank ad helpful staff EDIT: it was awesome and helpful and now every time I visit or my spouse visits, it takes 10+ minutes and takes forever. Not great….

1 /5 Theresa: Bank manager is rude and argumentative! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! The employees at the windows and counters are a delivery and friendly! Definately need to find a new bank manager that has a clue as to what good customer service is!!!
