    Birgit Mitchell: This is the greatest Bank. Old-fashioned HUMAN SERVICE!! Always nice people. So helpful! I love them Ive been with them for 25 years. ( Started when I was U of W Seattle). Yes they have an ATM. When they get an international wire transfer number they will be beyond perfect , but since they probably never will since they are technically a credit union- its OK. I will always still bank here.

    Jaime E: So far theyre amazing. 0 problems. I am afraid to use the card to do anything except paying credit cards. I dont want someone to steal my money. My brother doesnt have my bank but it is a credit union. In Colorado. Hes had his account emptied more than once. He got it back after an investigation. Thats just wrong though. It makes me worry. Yakima Federal hasnt had any issues with. Me thankfully. I love how nice they are in the building. 5 star service.

    Jacob Schroeder: I tried to open a new account this morning and was greeted by someone. I felt welcome and reassured that I would be helped soon. I continued to wait with no additional help for about five minutes. Not a problem I thought, they will be with me when they can. After I continued to wait when the phone rang. The person that said they could help me shortly answered and asked what they could do for the person on the phone. I am not sure why a phone call would take priority over a person who had been waiting in line. I am sure they are fantastic but would recommend calling them instead of showing up in person.
