1 /5 Hola Gaga: I’m a regular customer at fortune casino. I play there a lot. When I went there today I was playing Texas Holdem on table 7. The dealer was named Alex or lexy. I couldn’t see her name to well but it was around 3:30-3:50 on 8/25/25. As I was playing, I made mention that I did not win against her to myself but also had the bonus face/ace. She immediately grabbed my cards and tossed them without looking but I did not fold my hand. She gave the rudest response with I said that I lost so she don’t need to look at my hand. I never told her that I folded or gave any indication that I was folding. I asked her is this how they teach you to deal. And she said yes we do this here. So basically scamming me out of my money. And when I called a manager on duty he was rude enough not to respond to me calling him over and then when he did finally come over several minutes later because the dealer called him to fix her mistake grabbing my money without looking at my cards to fix the issue of not paying me the bonus that is owed to me. The manager tried to defend the dealer and say that I said I lost. But again I was talking out loud to myself and did not give any indication I folded so how can they try to not pay me my winnings. The dealer and manager, Jeremy, then kept challenging me when they could have seen this on video. In my opinion that is poor business when I have been to many casinos.

4 /5 Weiming Hu: I like their seafood buffet on Tuesdays, you have the chance to savor all kinds of shellfish (except for lobster). The king crab is my favorite. I have had this for like 15 years when the price was $20, and now the price is $40 per person.

3 /5 PNW_Reviews: Rating is based on restaurant Was in the area for work, and wanted something other than The Gorilla Grill and The Last Frontier; so I came here. As soon as I walked-in; I was greeted right away and seated (server was super nice). They have an option for both American and Asian cuisine, but I opted for their Cheese Steak. A tad bland for my liking but the A1 helped with the dryness of the bread. Crispy fries were decent, a bit over-cooked but still edible. Overall, not too shabby for a small town. They offer great customer service, but their food (based off this sandwich) could be better. Maybe beef au jus on the side would be nice. Will probably try this place again if I’m ever working in the area.
