4 /5 KG: This place was another one recommended to me by one of the regulars at Rider, so of course I had to see what the hype was about! We came here right after checking out Rob Roy, also located in Belltown.
The space has that cozy, old-school Seattle charm, dimly lit with an intimate vibe that’s perfect for late night conversations. The open kitchen concept is really cool, and the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the irresistible aroma of grilled dishes coming off the wood-fire.
It was pretty packed when we arrived, so we just grabbed a drink at the bar to get a feel for the place. Service was okay considering how busy it was, the staff still managed to stay attentive and friendly. I heard Palace Kitchen is one of the few spots in the city that serves late-night eats, which is always a plus if you’re looking for quality food after hours.
Definitely planning to come back next time to actually try the food. I heard great things about their apple wood-grilled trout.
