3 /5 Christina Moore: We came here because my fiancé had a gift voucher or some kind of promo for this restaurant. It was kind of small from what I saw, very easy to miss when driving by, and despite the fine dining prices and reservations required, the staff were very casually dressed. Our waitress was friendly enough but there was something a little off about her demeanor, my fiancé agreed. Maybe she was just having a really bad day and was just trying to push through it. We ordered the shrimp tequila appetizer and it was *chefs kiss* delicious. The sauce was definitely the star and definitely good to dip your bread in. We ordered drinks, one thing I will say is they do not know how to make a vodka dirty martini, which was a bummer. First time ive ordered one and it came out pink and tasted really gross. For the main course I ordered the Mac n cheese with bacon and my fiancé got some kind of pork shank. He was blown away by his dish, said it was one of the best things hed ever had. I was less impressed with my dish. It was good enough I suppose, but the cheese consistency and richness was very reminiscent of velveeta shells and cheese. I like velveeta shells and cheese so it was good, it didnt really match up to the price though in my opinion. I had two cocktails, my fiancé had a beer and a margarita (he said the margarita was horrible) and then everything in the pictures came out to $183. Definitely not worth that price accounting the food and disinterested waitress.
