1 /5 Mandi Olivares: Im being refused medical care through this place. The Dr is an excellent Dr however the way Ive been treated for the last several months being told I will no be seen until the balance is taken care of is ridiculous. Ive called my state insurance for the last few months and its basically phone tag. I do not recommend going here if you have a problematic insurance company and a Drs office that is unwilling to work or give resources with their patients.

1 /5 Paul Yoon: I went to see while he was at a different clinic and I’m shocked he has his own clinic now. Worst experience I’ve ever had seeing a doctor. Went in to just get a wart removed but the guy didn’t numb me all the way and I felt him cutting into me the whole time. Told him it hurt and I can feel him cutting and he just told me I have low pain tolerance. Imagine being cut into and feeling the whole thing. I still have trauma from thinking about that and worst of all I still have the wart.

1 /5 Lin Lin: I would never call this a clown a doctor! cant believe he have five star, if I can give 0 star I would!!! he the worst provider ever. I came on 24 on October to get a MRI and a breast biopsy referral from him and he grab my left breast hard, and didn’t give me the MRI referral that I request! pls do not get breast biopsy or a gynecologist referral from him! I think he should just stuck to botox and face filler. And the receptionist is rude and awful kept interrupting me, refusing answer my question, talk past you in mid conversation and I believe one of the receptionist is his wife that work there. I will be looking for a new clinic and a doctor cause he awful and he sucks. Definitely don’t recommend Inkwon Park!!!

Many thanks to Ms. Maria-Ofc Manager for her assistance in setting up my family as new patients & for her pleasant and welcoming customer service, to the entire staff for such wonderful professionalism exemplified of great service, and most definitely to Dr. Park for his great bed side manners. We had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. You guys are awesome! Definitely recommend this clinic. Respectfully, Rebecca Ogo

She has been very dismissive of my issues and concerns regarding my health and today I came in wanting a dermatology referral for my contact dermatitis and wanted an actual person specialized in skin to help me but instead she just gave me a prescription for a steroid cream. Yeah let me slap on steroids on my face for two weeks only for it to come back worse like that wasn’t what happened when I first saw a doctor for my eczema

I LIKE the new check list after care paperwork. I would recommend Dr. Akadri MD.

TJ Gonzales: No problem with medical care, but with BILLING! Two times where CHI Franciscan did not bill BOTH my medical health insurance on file even though the clinic scanned both health insurance cards and both cards were on MyChart! 1 Bill took over 1 year to resolve when none of my health insurances werent billed at all. Now another bill of $30 went into collections although it was hospital/staff error for not billing my childrens secondary insurance on file. Getting help with medical billing sounds like a 3rd party from another country each time, I even responded to messages on MyChart regarding my issues with no luck. Called the collections agency and CHI Franciscan didnt pull back their error. Still trying to resolve this issue.

He has a lot of experience and once you are an established patient, can usually see you very quickly for a sudden injury or illness. I have had a variety of illnesses which he has treated and diagnosed well. Hes matter of fact and has skills which a lot of younger doctors dont have any more. He doesnt send you to a specialist for every little thing.
