5 /5 Richard Samuels: A fantastic service staffed entirely by volunteers. They prepare donated durable medical equipment for reuse. They do not charge recipients for the equipment. They also provide donated supplies at no charge. The people are incredibly helpful. I visited and they helped me select a hospital bed for my 93 year old stepfather. They held it until I could return with a truck, gave me assembly instructions and helped me load it. Thank you.

5 /5 Susan Barton: Highly recommended by my doctor, this is a very good place to borrow post surgical aids like walkers, commodes and so much more. The people are helpful and nice. The only negative is that it is open at reduced hours and tricky to find.

As a stressed and exhausted person in need of medical equipment, however, the constant rushed atmosphere and lack of availability for discussion (in person or on the phone) makes it difficult to make good use of this service.

5 /5 Christopher Wanamaker: Excellent place to either donate medical or handicap supplies and products or browse, select, and receive such items for free other than signing the items out. This kind of place can help a lot of elderly and handicap or disabled people and it cost nothing other than gas to get there! This kind of place can save people a lot of money by grabbing slightly used but yet free medical supplies and products! There new location is in Hazel Dell a little east of exit 4 of the I-5, down the road from the old Izzys restaurant near the Goodwill across the street.

5 /5 Chairty Junker: My mother-in-laws wheelchair wheels broke. We brought it in to donate, which they graciously took in. They planned on fixing it up. We were able to get a replacement chair for free. They have lots of options. Everyone there was very sweet. I highly recommend bringing items to donate to this place.

Sonya Royal: I brought my dog in to have her paw checked, thinking she had something stuck, but it turned out to be a corn. The vet, wearing a full face mask (which seemed odd), was more focused on her diet than the actual issue I came in for. Instead of addressing the paw concern, they prescribed pain medication and pushed Science Diet food. The visit felt more like a sales pitch than genuine care. On top of that, the checkout process was ridiculously slow—a 20-minute visit turned into over an hour and cost over $100. Definitely won’t be returning!

Kim Lardie: The billing department is terrible. My wife received a bill and I paid it while I contested the charge with my insurance company. In June I was told by the insurance company that the charges would be reversed. On 6/16/23 at 1:20 I called and spoke with Tonya who said I had a credit and they would refund the money in 60 days. I said this is a long time for you to hold onto my money and she said the process takes awhile. At 2:05PM that same day Tonya called me and said she had made a mistake. Tonya said since the original payment was made with a credit card I would receive the money in a few days. On 8/14/23 at 12:35 I called and spoke with Jenny who said it would be a few more days. I asked why it has taken two months when I was told I would have a refund in a few days. Jenny said she would have her manager (Jordan) call me. The manager never called. On 8/21 I called again and spoke to Christine who told me it would be a few more weeks. I said this was unacceptable as it has been over 60 days. The manager, Jordan, came on the phone and I told her she was in violation for holding onto the money for over 60 days. The money was refunded that same day. The Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act of 2009 (PL 111-21 amending 31 U.S.C 3729(b)(3)) subjects healthcare providers, as well as their vendors and subcontractors, to penalties under the False Claims Act for failure to identify and return overpayments. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PL 111-148 Section 6402(a)) requires that overpayments be reported and returned within 60 days of the date that they are “identified.”

But Dr. Cs approach is so eclectic, collaborative and comprehensive I trust her impeccably. A SOLID relationship with ones physician should incorporate progress reports AND learning; CHECK! Her staff are motivated help patients too. Dr. Cara & her team rate an A++ from me! ;-)

Deaaira Willingham: There practice needs to work on urgency and efficiency. Being a healthcare provider they should be able to assess what’s important vs what’s not . Going here with hope in my heart thinking I was going to get answers/treatment with my son’s diagnosis did nothing but cost us delays . The physicians he seen did the BARE MINIMUM. How do you do labs and loose them ? How do you “ send referrals” and later find out it was never sent . They need to work on there skills because there negligence just caused us to be in limbo for even longer waiting for treatment. I don’t recommend coming here AT ALL!
