1 /5 Joseph Kriegl: A 15 minute max haircut repair took an hour and a half. It took the owner at least a half hour just to find her clippers and other tools. The other hour was filled with abnormal interactions with a random pedestrian claiming to be a decade old customer as well as following my son and his mom out of the salon while I was still in the chair with the apron on. The current state of the salon was mess; it was dusty, had dying plants, and nothing was organized. The shop looked like it was under maintenance and she did state she was trying to reopen the salon. My intuition told me that she, the owner, was not sober based on various mannerisms and interactions we were having. My entire time there I felt anxious as if my hair would be in a worse state than I arrived in.
However, despite the long completion time, the messy establishment, and very off the wall interactions; the owner was pleasant and I could tell she had a lot of knowledge about hair.
