1 /5 LeeAnna Ihrke: The reason for my review is I wasnt able to connect with anyone. Every time I called I got a weird message that asked for my number and pin. I was not given an option to leave a voicemail. After several calls at different times of day, I was able to leave a voicemail. They called me back after a couple days, but asked me to call them with information about my hair. I was right back to no answering service, and it asking for my pin. I ended up going somewhere else. There are no hours posted for The Parlor on Google maps.

Shannon Boyce: Do not book an appointment with Katie Dodge. She is VERY unprofessional & RUDE!!!I I went in for a hair appointment and from the onset she had a snarky attitude. When I scheduled my appointment I expressed that I have long and very thick hair and that I would need a little more time for the appointment. She didnt schedule the proper amount of time & blamed it on me. She was rushed the entire time. I cant express clearly enough, how unprofessional and how awful of an experience I had. Do NOT see her. I ended up leaving with half of the service that I originally scheduled. Leaving with wet hair in the middle of winter because she didnt schedule the proper amount of time is insane. Im reporting this to the BBB as well

Amelia Zaborac: Sheilynne has done my hair for years now, and she has been the best at both listening to what I want to achieve with my hair while considering my lifestyle and how much time I would dedicate to styling it in the morning (aka none). I also have curly fine hair that gets weighed down easily, but wanted more volume, texture and fun with my cut. She definitely held my hand as we worked our way up from a lifetime of long, layer-less cuts to playful shags and tons of layering. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and know that they are in great hands!

Edwin Garcia: I went there to cut my hair and I told the man how I wanted it cut and told him to only use scissors to trim the top of my hair on top of that I told home not to cut the back of my hair for I was trying to grow a mullet first thing he did he cut it and basically cut of all my hair he didn’t even trim the top of my hair like I asked he just cut it extremely short terrible service

Kelly Corbridge: I scheduled an appointment on 6/26 at 3:30pm for a mens haircut. Arrived 15 minutes early and sat down. No one greeted me, said hello, or even acknowledged my existence. There were 3 older women working at the time and they were all busy yapping about random drama. I waited until 3:45 (15 mins past my appointment.) and no one had even addressed me to let me know about any delays, etc. I got up and walked out and will never be returning. Poor service, 1*. There are plenty of better salons nearby, I would skip this establishment entirely.

Misty is attentive to all your styling needs and really listens. Her salon suite is clean & organized and very welcoming. I appreciate the one on one design of her beauty suite and the privacy and security it provides. Misty is a combination of a savvy detailed business women with a sweet soul and heart, I truly do, recommend Misty’s hair with heart!
