5 /5 kevin b: Wifeys car has a brake light on. Indicating impending failure. I call after reading the other reviews. I speak with Rick. He takes some information from me and says hell call back in less than a half hour with Two (2) estimates. WE are not sure if it is both front and back brakes that are bad. I get a very reasonable estimate from him in about 20 minutes. His guarantee is that he will give a written estimate and beat any other written estimate I can produce. I know how much the other shops are gonna try and milk me for a 3 series Beemer.
I bring the car to him about 9 am and within Four (4) hours I get a phone call to informing me that it is ready.
They show me the parts that are bad. They discuss the pros and cons of using lesser priced parts. They show me the prices for available options. Why would I want to take my business anywhere else now?
I forgot to mention; Rick offered to drive me back home AND pick me up to get the car. What other shop provides that kind of service. I passed on the ride this time because it was not raining. Maybe next time one of our cars needs help Ill take them up on the ride back home.
