5 /5 Sean Wilson: Jeff helped me with a pre-purchase inspection for me on a vehicle I was hesitant to purchase because of its cosmetic condition. However, Jeff was honest, super thorough, and straightforward about the pros and cons of buying this vehicle. His partner, (a woman whose name I forget), was also very helpful. I highly recommended going to them if you’re on the fence about purchasing a vehicle. Money well spent with good people!

5 /5 Dawnzella Gearhart: I love Sound Auto Care! I brought my beloved 20 year old CR-V to them. She (Alice) had only been to the Honda dealership since I bought her new and I wanted a fresh eye looking at her. The diagnostic test they did is the most thorough shes ever had. I made the decision to restore her as she has a manual transmission and they are rare these days, and Im not ready to succumb to driving an automatic! Ruby was my mechanic. She did great work and the extra touch of cleaning the inside and vacuuming was greatly appreciated. The communication with Jeff, the service manager was the best Ive ever had. He was extremely patient with me and answered my many questions. I love the link to check the work in process. Im happy to be driving my old girl again! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

5 /5 Dev Nambi: Took my car for its annual inspection. The folks at Sound Auto Care know their business; theyre thorough and patient. The only drawback is they wont quote prices for any repairs over the phone, you have to take the car in for a diagnosis. So if you *know* you need something done (e.g. you need brakes), you cant compare prices, thats frustrating.

3 /5 Anthony Praml: I dont want to give a bad review because I did like how they put everything on paper and email with a very detailed report. Took my car in for them to fix the ac after I messed up. They gave me a quote I didnt like so I ended up not having it done for how old my car is it wasnt worth it for me. The only complaint I have is that after I got the car back it was making a grinding noise within minutes of me driving it. It wasnt making before I took it in on the front left tire. Thought it was an axel or control arm problem. Had a buddy take it in to les swab for me today as I am out of town on a work trip and got a call back from him telling me it was missing a bolt for the breaks and so it was just hanging loose and dangling there. I dont know if they took something out by accident and forgot to put it back in or what happened exactly. But I wouldnt say this is a bad shop by any means cause I am not sure if it was just something they didnt catch or what happened exactly. This is just my experience with them. Only gone there once and I did like the service until that began happening all and all. I would consider taking my vehicle back for future things if it was something I couldnt do.
