3 /5 Ginger Cutten: I’m happy they were able to get me in the same day and the initial price is affordable. The problem is that the company is understaffed and over booked. I finally walked out after being there for almost 3 hours for a one hour job. It also felt Very much like a money scheme to me. As a customer I should be able to cut out unnecessary steps if I choose but I was not given that choice. Also I was very clear about my expectations and what service I wanted…instead of sticking to what I asked for I was constantly being “sold” onto more expensive work. I even noticed that the hygienist was putting all patients into the periodontal diseases categories….another upselling tactic. I might not have caught the constant upselling if I didn’t spend 1.5 hours of my 2 hour 45 minutes there waiting on the next person. Overall I’m really not impressed and currently don’t see myself subjecting myself to that kind of “service” moving forward. Also, I sis say something to the dentist while I was there and he did try to speed things up but there was only one dentist and five patients all waiting for him…. Corporate can do better there for sure! (The dentist was also very kind and gentle)

5 /5 Amanda Ramos: This dental office is absolutely wonderful. I had a broken and infected tooth and they were the only place in Yakima that could get me in. Im also terrified of going to the dentist. They are so friendly, from the front counter to the assistant who did my x-rays, to the dentist herself. I do not currently have insurance and they helped me set up a payment plan within my budget that was totally reasonable and I left with renewed faith in getting dental care. I wish I remembered everyones names that helped me, but shout out to Isabella and everyone else for being so helpful and kind!

The team was so attentive, caring, and kind during my visits and thoroughly explained the work I needed to get done and were very patient by answering my countless questions about costs, procedures, and other general questions. I especially want to thank Nicholle their Hygenist, Dr. Lauren, the X-Ray/Procedure Tech, and Isabella for being my main supports in addition to everyone who respectfully greeted and assisted me as they were all so fantastic. At last, I finally found a dental office that listens to my needs and concerns with empathy, compassion, and grace. Thanks team! :)

5 /5 Melvin Mansoor: Dr Lauren DeGooyer was amazing! I hate going to the dentist but I was having a lot of pain and came to this office because it was closest to my house. Glad I did, because she presented me with all the information about the procedures and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed until I was comfortable. She took care of a bunch of my dental problems and I am definitely coming back. I am still afraid of going to the dentist, but when I am with her, I feel comfortable. I have already started telling my family and friends about her and the office. Very highly recommend!

Very helping Dr Lauren listens to all the concerns and then gave me all the possible treatment options with great explanation The front staff and manager explains every financial detail and what to expect in the next appointments. There are no hidden costs. Whatever they propose, they deliver better than it. The assistants are very gentle and caring too. Loved the place and people
